  As the ever-reliable Pundit Tec Team Leader for the NBN Project, I was responsible for making FTTC connections as per the Map and Drawings as well as making 200 pairs of wire joints. I paid close attention to provided details of site operations and oversaw the installation of fibre optics for NBN project on-site. I managed the installation of comms conduit whilst accurately utilising hand tools and power tools. I provided all necessary instructions and directions towards tasks to the team members. I ensured the timely submission of the daily Fork records whilst making reports and conducting stocks count of materials daily.I was responsible for telecommunication network validation, installation and integration of displacement positioning unit (DPU), Optical fibre cable hauling including rollout the copper telecom network to the fibre network without any disturbance with the customer’s setup and existing network. I oversaw the reading NBN network AutoCAD-Map, finding the pit and haul the fibre Telecommunication network validation, installation and integration of displacement positioning unit (DPU), Optical fibre cable hauling. I meticulously oversaw the reading of NBN network AutoCAD-Map, finding the pit and haul the fibre from one pit to another as per the given data.   Having served as the Solar Installation Team Member for Inverterenrgy Wag, I ware responsible for completing checklists as required and I provided support to day-to-day operations on-site. I oversaw wiring installation with an Australian standard by following drawing packages and schematics under the direction of an electrician. Whilst observing health and safety standards, I configured PV systems based on site conditions and customers’ needs and expectations.I inspected electrical installation and wiring, tested operating voltages as well as calibrated to ensure systems were within acceptable power limits.   I was working as the Electrical Engineer Intern for Toolcraft Australia, . I was also responsible for commissioning , testing and running the electrical system. I assist with research and implementation of the Flywheel energy storage system for household application and advanced technology. I provided support to the Lead Engineers in tasks such as part and or classification, engineering analysis and test, measuring different parameters such as motor temperature, motor voltage, vibration of the system, flywheel rotational speed and support of proof-of-concept or final system testing. Whilst observing health and safety standards, I perform routine tasks under close supervision using well-defined procedures. I use predetermined methods, sequences and setups to perform job duties as well as assist with the procurement of materials and conduct techno-economic analysis of systems parts.   • Designed the lighting system for plant location during maintenance and shutdown. This included referencing standards and calculating the required luminance output, selecting an appropriate light fitting that provided the required performance and providing a cost estimate for purchasing and installation.• Creating the design, documentation and drawings to remove an old AC VSD(variable speed drive) on a crane cross travel system, Auxiliary hoist, molten metal stirrer system and replace it with a site standard drive (Rockwell Powerflex 755) .This included studying the drawings of the old drives system(ACC/ ACS 601 and understanding the functionality, sizing and selecting a new drive, configuring the new drive to allow it to operate in the same way as the old drive. In addition to this an Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) was created so it could be confirmed the new drive operated the same way as the old drive and could be signed off.• Gathering historical data from shift reports and SAP to understand rate of failure and common failure modes of the Caster DC motors. This data is to be used for the justification on an AC motor upgrade capital project.• Study data from our SCADA system and look for patterns (system trends) to helps us determine the root cause of failures of successfully starting the cast. The data included slide gate positions on the tundish, temperature and mould level from level sensor.• Fault finding DC motor and DC VSD (ABB Tyrack DC drive) , include measuring resistance and inductance of the motor winding. Also to assist a group of engineers , technician and electrician for upgrading DC VSD( ABB DCS800 DC drive)• Developing documents to support new projects (initial estimates, feasibility study, design calculation) Show less
