  I was the Product Manager for Payspan's Provider Economics solution set. We provided solutions that empowered healthcare reimbursement. Our solutions touched all three pillars of the healthcare ecosystem - Payers, Providers and the Consumers. We used both Agile and Waterfall SDLC processes for our product development.My team was responsible for the design of all of our products on the Provider Economics side of the business. The products that my team was responsible for:1) Denial Detector - Captures denied codes from Payer 835s to create a workflow for Providers to get those claims processed. This is a B2B application.2) OBP (Online Bill Pay): Patients paying online to providers. This is a B2C application.3) PFE (Patient Financial Engagement): Point of service workflow which covers Encounter ,Eligibility, Estimator and Payments (collecting patient payments), Stored method of payments, Recurring payments, Future Settlement and Auto collect. This is a B2C application.4) Provider Analytical tools to capture number of visits/level of visits billed/Charges captured on a dashboard.My team was also responsible for all user focus feedback groups to do user centered design. We also interacted and worked with Sales & Marketing teams and Implementation teams to ensure the clients benefited the most from our products and we incorporated the market needs into our product design.
