  Chris has a background which includes nearly thirty years of experience in the development, design, permitting, construction, modification, operation and maintenance of energy facilities. Chris progressed through positions of project engineer, construction manager, project manager, engineering manager and projects director in the natural gas industry and also served as chief operations officer of an industrial engineering company. His engineering background, proven project management abilities, demonstrated managerial skills, recognized leadership talents, and dedicated professionalism have allowed him to consistently meet project objectives and reliably achieve operational targets at five different organizations. Along the way he has developed long-standing relationships with a vast network of construction contractors, industrial suppliers, engineering firms and technical consultants. Chris has been able to successfully assemble, build and inspire teams comprised of company employees, temporary labor, contractor resources, and technical consultants. He has provided these diverse groups with sufficient direction and appropriate motivation to effectively plan and successfully execute projects ranging from emergency pipeline repairs to major system expansions in twelve different states.
