Our mission is to educate, communicate, and demystify AI—highlighting both its opportunities and risks in a way that is accessible to all age groups.My role is centered around communication and public speaking. As a speaker for Initiative, I have had the opportunity to present on AI at events such as the kAIpital Event and Deka Bank in Frankfurt, addressing an audience of high-ranking banking professionals from the International Bankers Forum (IBF). Together with Christoph Santner, the founder of AInitiative and author of a recently published book on AI—where I was also mentioned—I have worked to make AI more understandable and tangible for decision-makers in the financial sector.Through this experience, I have deepened my expertise in AI education, public speaking, and engaging with industry leaders, contributing to a more informed discussion about the future of AI.   Together with my co-founders, I launched my first startup, developing a 3D real estate visualization service that allowed potential buyers to explore properties virtually—inside and out—without being on-site. Our goal was to create an immersive, fluid 3D experience, incorporating details like sunlight exposure and environmental factors to give buyers a precise understanding of a property.We conducted extensive market research, customer outreach, and product development, refining our technology and testing demand. However, we ultimately realized that the market wasn’t fully ready for our solution. While the startup didn’t continue, it was an invaluable learning experience.This venture taught me first-hand what it takes to build a company—from market validation and cold calling to customer meetings and business strategy. I gained practical experience in entrepreneurship, sales, and decision-making, reinforcing my belief that taking action is always more valuable than just theory. It may have been my first company, but im pretty sure it won't be my last. Show less

With the combined experience of my co-founder, who has worked in the industry for years, and the insights we’ve gained, we now support businesses in crafting strong online identities.At the same time, our entrepreneurial spirit remains at the core. While we continue to provide services for clients, we are also driven by the idea of developing something of our own—a product or service that we can bring to market. This work extended across UBS and major Swiss private banks, helping to prevent all types of fraud.Through this experience, I gained in-depth knowledge of AI training, fraud prevention, data security, and rapid decision-making in high-pressure environments. Working in a fast-paced team taught me to adapt quickly, think analytically, and fine-tune machine learning models for real-world applications. Show less
