      Analysing on-site compliance systems including within SAP, identifying gaps, and making recommendations for improvements to processes and systems to correct identified gaps.Worked on the traceability of product and embedded systems to ensure that all aspects of production was correctly entered against production lots. Identifying and correcting when systemic data errors were occurring which affected product traceability and eligibility and the flow-on effect to incorrect EDEC declarations.Ensuring that the business units on site meet the Fonterra rules to ensure compliance. Identifying when processes are not meeting these rules and advising of the process required to meet their compliance targets.Identifying specific training requirements and arranging training systems to ensure that the staff have the necessary tools and information required to complete their role within the business and ensuring that the business unit/site maintains compliance to the required Fonterra business rules.Biggest challenge that I faced was creating the procedures for the South Island to be able to achieve and maintain compliance for the EEU market. This included liaising with AsureQuality for ensure compliance, and passing the MPI audits, which we managed first time. Show less As the Site Implementation Lead for the MOM (Manufacturing Operations Management) system I was the main site contact for the successful implementation of this programme. This involved weekly reporting to the Clandeboye Site Leadership Team and reporting daily at both the Site Tier 3 DMS and the ELS support calls during the successful go-live period. As MOM is the interface between the production plants and the SAP system this implementation has affected many production staff within the business. This involved project managing the implementation for Clandeboye site.As a business trainer for the MOM system I was involved during the go-live phase as part of the Early Life Support team supporting the MOM (Manufacturing Operations Management) system and then beyond once the rest of the ELS team left site. This also involves the other SAP based systems that have were put in place as part of the QPM project. Updating of manuals including HACCP, Standard Operating Procedures and Quality Manual to name a few.Ensuring daily/weekly/monthly reports as were completed as required and in a timely manner. Organising training for all Powder staff including compliance training and refreshers when due. Created a training matrix which allowed for instantaneous reporting of compliance training and gaps identification. Registered Qualified Trainer/Assessor which involved assessing staff to the SOP's and F-Cat's to ensure that staff meet the required standard to assess them as being competent in the different unit standards attached to their specific role.My skills for yields and losses were again used within this role to balance the 10 day periods and identify the incorrect entrys and how these impacted the component losses.Managing H&S for staff, monitoring events, reporting to plant management and ensuring that they were completed and closed. Show less Responsible for running shift work group in Milk Treatment ensuring that all duties are completed and that milk processed and standardised within GMR.Ensuring that the liquid product stream meet customer requirements and made real-time adjustments to ensure that it maintained the specification limits and optimised the value stream thereby increasing productivity for the business.Whilst in this role I was responsible for the writing of the HACCP plans for all three powder driers and the writing of the SOP manual for the Milk Treatment area. I completed the Level 1 HACCP training which allows me to lead the HACCP team.Worked on the FAM Project, completed the asset transfer for the Powder plants from Empac into SAP, ensuring that all assets were loaded and updated to reflect correct information and placement within the plant.       Production Coordinator Clandeboye Cheese

      Working on the new project build at Clandeboye. Completing and managing the workforce plan for the whole of Clandeboye Cheese to balance production requirements, staff leave entitlements and off-season maintenance demands. This included receiving requests from other departments from the Clandeboye site, identify the skills required to fulfil the request and matching staff to the request. This involved time management skills, ability to identify and match skills and training to enable the minimum disruption for both departments with staff integrating and working within the new work area.Achievements include the monitoring of the company health and safety systems, to ensure that any events/near misses were investigated, signed off and closed within the company timeframes set.Achievement of ensuring that the new staff were set up correctly within all the systems and following each staff through the process and following up where needed. Administering the system for this work centre which resulted in hours & leave being allocated and wages paid correctly. With +/- 100 staff it was a busy role to ensure staff locations and change to rosters. Assisted with creating contracts for staff when required.Upgraded the Cheese plant manuals and created the assessment process to present evidence on the training standards of our staff as well as the manuals for the new project build. This involved working within the project management structure and responsible for updating and ensuring timelines for my work were completed on time so to not hold up the project.Established the procedures and version control of all the logsheets for the new plant. Achievedthat the plant was set up with the correct equipment (which was the responsibility of the department and not the project team) which included working with the supplier and quality staff, for suitability of equipment being purchased, from raising the POs in SAP to following them through to delivery. Writing and reviewing standards as required to enable Synlait to be dynamic, disruptive and agile in product growth whilst meeting legislation requirements for safe food.Currently I have completed the technical writing aspect of the Documentation Management standard for the SynQ project. This involves redesigning the templates, completing the procedures and work instructions for writers utilising MasterControl to enable this documentation to consistently be of a high standard.Other achievements include writing standards for Synlait to ensure that Synlait Milk Limited adhere to the regulations as well and ensuring that the product is manufactured meeting the GMP standards.Completing Internal Audits for the Synlait Quality HUB, this involves checking the company standards against the site plans to ensure that the site is meeting the standard and auditing site against same.
