      Summer Internship - Electromechanical Track

I was in a team of 7 students after my freshman year in Engineering ASU. We invented a remote-controlled car using arduino ,motors and wheels. It is controled via a mobile application by using bluetooth to connect it to mobile. We learned a lot and had a great experience such as teamwork and problem solving. We took the 4th place.

      Aug 2022 - Sept 2022
      Analog IC Design Training

This was Full-Time training that helped me develop my intuition as an analog designer and helped me master some important analog design concepts such as:- Frequency Response- Current Mirrors- gm/ID Design Methodology- Analysis of Different OTA Topologies- OTA's design- Negative Feedback- Stability and Compensation- Common-Mode Feedback (CMFB) - Slew Rate and Power Supply Rejection (PSR) - Variability and Mismatch- Bandgap References (BGR), and Constant gm Circuits In this training, I solved 22 tricky quizzes, did 9 labs and 3 design projects using Cadence Virtuoso and ADT Software, these labs and projects helped me understand deeply and practice what I have learned and the three design projects I did are:1 - Design of a fully-differential folded Cascode OTA with capacitive feedback and CMFB2 - Design of a two-stage Miller compensated (The first stage is a 5T-OTA with PMOS differential input pair and the second stage is a common-source amplifier) 3 - Design of Digitally Controlled Variable Gain Amplifier (VGA) using a two-stage Miller compensated OTA (The first stage is a 5T-OTA with NMOS differential input pair, and the second stage is a common-source amplifier)This internship was sponsored by ITI (Information Technology Institute) and Supervised by Dr. Hesham Omran. Sept 2022 - Jul 2023
      MmWave Graduation Project Student

The graduation project is about the design of programmable wide-band mmWave transceiver front-end covering the frequency range from 10 to 50 GHz.My main role is to design the "Frequency Multiplier" which used after the PLL to be able to have high frequencies to be used in the mixer for down-conversion from RF to IF. It is supposed to multiply by (x2, x4) in the project.Other Contributions in this project:1- Contribution in the frequency planning of the different standards allocated in the range mentioned before.2- Contribution in the PLL system design.
