      As a Senior Project Engineer I am responsible for the management and coordination of a portfolio of OPEX and CAPEX modifications and projects from screening (pre-sanction) through to close out for our Montrose & Arbroath facilities. The portfolio of projects range from £100k modification - £20m facilities projects.My duty is to consistently deliver safe, logical, and cost-efficient Engineering, Projects, and Modifications. I am responsible for building robust affiliations with key stakeholders from the 2x assets (onshore & offshore) and various internal engineers across multiple functions. To ensure project success I work in partnership with the company’s Engineering Support Services (ESS) Contractor for all Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC) related objectives. We work together to common behaviours and goals are achieved, safely, on time and in budget. Make Sure safe working practices are carried out to minimise any HSE reportable incidents, hydrocarbon, or environmental releases and to avoid any Major Accident Hazard’s (MAH).  Ensure compliance with the companies Integrated Project Management System (IPM). Monitor & govern our contractor’s performance to ensure it is in accordance with the contractual requirements.  Work alongside the snr management team within the asset to seek any opportunities to accelerate, decelerate projects within the portfolio to ensure we are executing the correct work in line with the companies’ strategies. Ensure Project risks are identified, highlighted, and managed. Engage with the companies Technical Authorities, discipline engineers and asset management experts, if any deviations from the company’s performance standards / procedures arise during engineering.  Coordinate our IVB’s verification audits, ensuring all relevant project information is available on request. Maintain a close working relationship with supply chain to ensure procurement plans and strategies are in place for each specific project. Show less • Co-ordinate and manage both the onshore & offshore FM contractor teams to ensure effective implementation of all FM work-scopes (coatings, insulation, PFP, scaffolding) activities are being delivered in line with the Terms & Conditions of the specific contractual document.• Define and implement all FM, CUI & PFP programmes by collaboratively working with the integrity teams to ensure a robust and targeted approach to FM is being achieved year on year. Ensuring the FM programmes are being built combining the company’s asset integrity databases, COABIS & ARIA and the company’s Work Management System (WMS) Maximo 7.5.• Responsible for ensuring that the materials and techniques proposed and implemented during FM related work-scopes have been suitably and carefully selected for each individual task while safeguarding the overall compliance and governance of the company’s standards and procedures to ensure a high quality of work is obtained at all times.• Fully responsible for controlling and managing all CUI related activities on GFA. Short, medium- and long-term CUI strategies and plans are produced for each of the 3 assets, by working closely with the company’s functional integrity team to ensure the assets CUI plans are aligned with the company’s CUI Strategy. • Carry out periodic Quality Assurance (QA) checks on the FM Contractor to ensure their Quality Control (QC) measures are meeting the company’s procedures, expectations, the T&C’s of the contract and that industry standards are being met and maintained throughout. QA checks are carried out on the QC reports, work pack / work instruction review, desktop and infield audits etc.• Work closely with the companies Supply Chain and Technical Contract Owner (TCO) to challenge and continually re-asses the possibility of introducing savings on the contract by the introduction of new technology, leading market innovations or smarter ways of working to ensure the company is receiving value for money at all times.
