      I am working in Integrated Genomics Platform (IGP) under the supervision of Dr Khor Chieh Chuen, my main role in the Platform now is as Admin Lead. Working with fellow colleagues in Integrated Genomics and Analytics Platform (iGAP) to provide help to Researchers that requires Genomics Services in Next Generation Sequencing, Genotyping and Analysis. Managing the queries, submissions, and delivery of output data. Also help with basic analysis on Illumina, PacBio and Nanopore data, mainly request and project based but also some production data QC.On wetlab portion, currently perform sequencing runs on Illumina MiSeq, NextSeq and MGI T7 Sequencers.
