  Managed email communications to Wheaton alumni. This included creating HTML templates, evaluating email performance, initiating A/B tests, making recommendations to improve content and processes, and keeping up to date on best practices.I also maintained the alumni website and database (hosted on the iModules CMS). This is everything from creating event registration forms to analyzing traffic through Google Analytics.

  Built and sent HTML emails using First Trust's custom ESP. First Trust sends ~1.7 million mass emails a year (and climbing!) through ~600 campaigns. Used Litmus to ensure campaigns worked well in all email environments.Tracked email volume and engagement metrics, identifying what was working well and where to improve.Many projects involved collecting different pieces of data from a variety of sources.
