  As Project Officer, I implemented and deployed a worldwide Navy Medicine Active Directory forest and centralized Microsoft Exchange system $1.7M under the projected spend plan and 18 months ahead of schedule for 52,000 users at 25 installation sites serving over 55 commands. This was the first successful enterprise wide project fully funded by Navy Medicine.
