      A German multinational company in the vertical transport sector that manufactures, installs, maintains and modernises equipment.➥ As a Project Manager, I managed over 60 contracts with an average gross revenue of R$50 million. I applied the continuous improvement process and achieved a 10% reduction in costs, a 15% increase in net income, and 99.9% on-time, on-budget, and on-quality deliveries. ◆ In this position, I led a multidisciplinary team of thirty employees and recruited and developed technical staff, account managers, and administrative analysts.◆ I supervised operational processes, installation projects, and safety audits and executed delivery schedules. ◆ I was also responsible for facilitating the removal of impediments to work delivery. I planned and prioritised the installation backlog and contracted the necessary labour. ◆ I also implemented the sales modernisation project for the Brasilia branch. I recruited and developed the team and drafted operational processes and performance indicators.
