      Was brought in by the Athletic Director to help turn the athletics department around. In first year as Head Strength and Conditioning Coach implemented S&C programs for 8 athletic teams. Created off-season programs for athletic teams for the first time in the school’s athletic department history. Prepared student athletes for college athletics. Help student athletes improve in important KPIs such as vertical jump, agility t-test, med ball toss, etc. for college recruitment evaluations.- Design and implement strength training and conditioning programs in-season, off-season, and pre-season for all school-sanctioned male and female athletic programs in a manner that reflects research-driven practices- Work in cooperation with the sports medicine or athletic training staff in the rehabilitation and strengthening of injured athletes which led to 0 major injuries in first year as S&C head coach- Develop systems for tracking athlete attendance and athlete progress in conjunction with the sport coaches which led to 2 CIF state championships- Conduct an annual needs-analysis for each sport team in conjunction with the sport coach and the team's athletic trainer at the conclusion of each sport season- Determine and reinforce expectations for athlete conduct that mirror the school's expectations for curricula & extra-curricular activities, as stated in the school's Student Code of Conduct Show less
