As part of this I identify the requirements across all business units for Colas, analysing financial and market data; I develop the appropriate procurement strategy for Colas, create sourcing plans and manage the procurement process to establish best value robust contractual Framework Agreements, supported by service level agreements reflecting the business needs to work efficiently and effectively.
