  Accountable for all internal and external billing development activities – planning, design, coding, testing, implementation, and warranty of defect fixes and large/small projects.• Accountable for high revenue and business-critical strategic projects, including Bill Redesign, Business Verticals, and Charging for Incoming Messages. This required working with the Managed Service Provider vendor from requirements through implementation using a combination of Agile and Waterfall methodology.• After the implementation of our new ERP system (“TOPS” system), I was assigned to a special billing task force that was created to address billing issues and problems. Worked closely with the vendor of the new billing system (Amdocs Corp.) and with several business stakeholders. We were able to resolve or mitigate 90% of the high-impacting defects within six months. The task force reported directly to the CIO and IS Leadership team.
