  Refinery Solid Fuel-Fired Power Plant(RSFFPP) is a CoGen, (4×200t/h×35MW) Producing Steam and Power for the Refinery, connected to Power Grid for Importing/Exporting Excess/demand Power. A Coal/Petroleum coke-fired Power Plant.As a Power Plant Technician/Boardman I was exposed in both field and control room to maintain continuous safe operation of the plant. Conducting routine check/inspection/operation/start-up/shutdown of various motors, pumps, compressors, blowers, heat exchangers, bag filter, cooling tower, turbine-generator, genset, generator, mcc, boiler, valves, tanks, etc..I have also knowledge in handling chemicals used in treating boiler water and waste water, and in conducting water testing ph, conductivity, silica, turbidity, hardness, alkalinity, iron, phosphate chlorine residual etc..In my years of experience i learned how to deal with common problems in the power plant, troubleshooting equipments, and ensuring safe operation of equipment.
