Notably, the opportunity to train in Coating Inspection and Insulation Inspection has been invaluable, equipping me with essential knowledge in passive fire protection and galvanizing techniques. This comprehensive training has been pivotal in successfully navigating company qualification audits.As a Supervisor and Manager, I have had the privilege to contribute significantly to human resources development, organizing pivotal events such as the FROSIO Conference 2021 held in Chennai. This event was a highlight of my career in event management, further enriched by interactions at international conferences and exhibitions like Corcon, ADIPEC, MECOC, and Surface Coatings.The exposure to these global platforms not only expanded my professional network but also enabled me to contribute meaningfully under initiatives like PSPC by the Government of India's Skill India program. Assisting people who lack skills has become a passion; particularly through innovative teaching methods at ITI, where I taught spray painting using VR technology—a testament to blending traditional skills with modern innovation.HTS Coatings not only serves as an avenue for personal and professional development but also empowers employees like myself to make impactful contributions towards community skill development initiatives.
