      Knowledgeable Career Advisor at the Framingham Masshire MSW Career Center a One Stop Career Center of MA. Providing assistance in career development, assessment and guidance for the goal of obtaining employment. During my assistance to all customers, I was an integral part of the implementation of the Metro South West region's CIES program which has brought additional funding to continue providing services to the disadvantage clients. I maintain close relationship with our local Department of Transitional Assistance as well as the Housing Authority, assisting with the increase of our Adult Title 1 WIOA enrollments and employment outcomes for this targeted population. Assess the needs and eligibility of clients with significant barriers to employment in order to determine the appropriateness of various training programs and/or employment services. Conduct counseling interviews, compile educational and other information. Review and analyze Career Center customer information obtained through interviews in order to determine employment and/or training interests, barriers to employment and make appropriate recommendations. Advise customers of job search techniques and processes and ways of dealing with barriers to employment.
