  Initially a three month fixed term contract, but it was extended four times.I guided thirteen new client schools in Luton through the Cashless roll-out project, ensuring a smooth and successful set-up, installation, go live and provided their initial support. I was responsible for the day to day management of clients’ accounts post-sale, working with the key stakeholders in the Kitchens and Schools until ‘Business As Usual’ could be declared. I also worked with existing customers in Salisbury, Hounslow, Shropshire, Widnes and Liverpool:• I presented allpay and its Cashless catering system at parents' meetings, answering their questions and showing them how to make payments at a Post Office, PayPoint outlet or via allpay's web site, mobile apps or call centre.• I managed and carried out the installation and configuration of client hardware and software.• I provided EPoS (Till) training for the Kitchen Staff as well as the initial biometric scanning of staff and pupils.• I performed issue resolution, performance monitoring, and attended review meetings.• I supported the Sales Team in pre-sales activities and client meetings.• I provided customer feedback to Product Management.• All allpay employees are subject to a successful annual DBS, formerly CRB, and Credit Check.
