  Leads an 8 person team to accomplish SECAF-driven campaigns to shape decisions at MAJCOM levels,impacting 40K+ Airmen, +200 aircraft, and 8 wings. Executes a C-MAJCOM Continuous ProcessImprovement (CPI) and Continuous Improvement & Innovation (CI2) program that coordinates with DAFresearch labs, innovation offices, and Systems Program Offices. Guides command wide efforts tooperational CI2 and scale advanced capabilities across the DOD. Director of Operations for the 934 MXS, leads 130 Airmen to complete maintenance and supporting actions for 8 C-130s. Led two wing Strategic Alignments. Built and executed the implementation and change management plan for a 1600 person organization.Responsible for Continuous Process Improvement (CPI), trains and certifies Green Belt and Black Belt individuals with LSS methodology. Wing innovation lead. Led a 30 person staff to support the wing commander. Co-founded base innovation cell to assist innovation projects through to completion. Supervised 120 Airmen and 2 Officers to build build and executed weekly, monthly and annual maintenance & logistic plans for 11 offices to maintain a $3.3 billion weapon system located over 10K square miles. Commanded team of 50 individuals to conduct maintenance actions, life cycle, and logistical support on nuclear physics packages, re-entry vehicles, and re-entry systems. Led unit through intense nuclear surety inspection, recognized with superior team, outstanding unit award, and received the best inspection results in 54 years.
