  Working as a project/shift Engineer in this well-known industry, where I got to know how exactly a project is established. From working on the R&D/pilot plant to the actual full scale up (around 9 acres) I learned many things like manpower handling, leadership, quick decision-making, teamwork, workplace management, effective communication and many more.We are working on technology for wastewater treatment which is a project called as Micro-algae. Microalgae are photosynthetic organisms that utilise sunlight as an energy source and generate oxygen from discharged effluent. It’s an environment-saving project with commercial output as well as wastewater management, which helps to reduce COD & TSS as well as maintain the pH of waste to treated water as well and produce algae biomass as high-value fertilisers.
