      Fuel Manager on San Clemete Island, oversees 18 military personnel in the refueling of military and transient aircraft. Manages four contract employess in all facets of fuel delivery and distribution to meet all requirements, while upholding their contractual duties. One year billet to an isolated duty station. As the Senior Enlister Leader, led 18 military personnel and 327 contract employees in the execution of the largest base operating support contract in the Navy, valued at $42 million annually. As the fuel manager, led a 57 person team in the operation of a 60 million gallon Defense Fuel Support Point. While working as the Operations LCPO which encompassed; Fleet Liaison, Air Traffic Control and Search and Rescue. Led 10 Chief Petty Officers, 110 Sailors, 96 civilians and contractors. While holding the position of Acting Command Master Chief, guided and mentored the senior leaders of 3,000 Sailors, civilians and contractors. As the Crash and Salvage Officer, recovered four aircraft from extremely isolated areas of the Nevada desert. Leading a team of 68 Sailors in the onloading, stowage, purfication and distribution of fuel during combat and peacetime operations. Managed and led a station of three recruiters covering 1/2 the state of North Dakota, 1/4 of the state of South Dakota and 1/4 of the state of Minnesota. Conducted all preventative and corrective maintanance on the fuel system.
