I worked on several projects, including:- Working as part of a team to deliver a £2.8m of funded improvements to local parks.- Successfully applying for £110k of matched funding from the Football Foundation for sports changing facilities in a local park.- Line managing the Council’s parking enforcement service, turning around the performance of a poor performing team.- Creating a property asset management database.- Writing a set of ward profiles.
