      The NGDP was a challenging two year programme that gave graduates the skills and experience to pursue a management career in local government. I worked on several projects, including:- Working as part of a team to deliver a £2.8m of funded improvements to local parks.- Successfully applying for £110k of matched funding from the Football Foundation for sports changing facilities in a local park.- Line managing the Council’s parking enforcement service, turning around the performance of a poor performing team.- Creating a property asset management database.- Writing a set of ward profiles.       I manage organisational change and fundraising projects for CAFOD. These include high profile campaigns such as our biannual flagship Fast Day appeals, DFID UK Aid Match, compliance with GDPR and fundraising regulations, and projects that form part of our strategic change programme such as a review of leadership and management. I design and review internal processes, including for humanitarian emergency appeals and other supporter initiatives. I also enable and support others in CAFOD to manage projects using CAFOD's Project Management Framework (tailored PRINCE2), including a suite of elearning courses that I produced for all staff.
