As a part of the Africa and EMEA business process excellence team, I conducted compliance audits on 66 high-priority business processes to enhance efficiency. Led operational excellence program in 7 African markets with strategic process improvement initiatives in revenue assurance implemented across Africa, the markets realized a total of in $14m savings in the first year of the project. This led to standardization of the improved processes to prevent future revenue losses. In my capacity, I implemented applications to manage the for 4000 tower asset portfolio in Ghana with my team providing support to EMEA markets in France and Germany. I led and delivered strategic projects and digital solutions during the start of the Covid-19 pandemic which enabled remote work leading to 100% remote from home during the covid -19 pandemic for 2 years.I handled strategic market acquisition projects on the C-suit levels through mergers and acquisition project management. These key projects led to over 100% increase in assets in Ghana. I also managed strategic 10-year agreements renewal projects with key customers to secure consistent revenue stream for the business in Ghana. I conducted a vendor recruitment process and implemented 5-year contracts exceeding GHS 100 million for site maintenance and preventive maintenance services. Lastly, I devised a material management plan to streamline the sourcing, management, and storage of project-related goods, reducing time lost in delayed material sourcing by 30%.
