  As a Virtual Commissioning Engineer, I’ve completed over 15 projects utilizing Process Simulate software for diverse automated assembly lines such as Engine, Geartrain, Battery Pack, Automatic Car Parking, and ASRS. My tasks involved creating digital twin models for these assembly lines, accurately simulating real-world manufacturing processes with PLC programs, collaborating with clients, providing project updates, and ensuring timely project delivery. Throughout this process, I validate 3D design files, sensor placements, and PLC IO lists, perform robot simulations prior to on-site commissioning, and actively propose enhancements to Mechanical and Control designs for ongoing improvement.
