Took the lead in coordinating with the team of architects, land planners, engineers, environmental consultants and contractors on numerous projects in order to obtain entitlements and building permits from the various municipalities. Also worked in a Senior Vice President role to oversee five Regional Property Managers for an Investment Entity that controlled a $140 million CRE Portfolio of office and retail properties in five states with the main focus of adding value and divesting these properties in a very short time frame due to the financing constraints experienced by Client. Persuaded the City of Round Rock to participate as a Joint Venture Partner in this extremely complex City Hall/Office/Retail/Parking Structure Project that was completed on time and within the City's established budget using Industrial Revenue Bond financing. Also personally conducted an Opinion of Value Report accepted by the World Bank with the Subject Property being a undeveloped 13.5 acre port site located on the key wall in Muuga Port, Tallinn, Estonia.
