  PETRONAS BARONIA COMPLEX REJUVENATION 2016 VISIT (RM200 Million)  Prepare daily fabrication progress report which is inclusive of preparing planning S-curve and tracking actual progress against planned percentage. Prepare weekly progress meeting to update clients on project and material status and resolve on-site issues.  Monitor and supervise pre-fabrication progress for structural and piping works. Discuss and coordinate with disciplines engineer in-line based on client request and requirement.  Close monitoring of project’s milestone and update client’s representative and ensure planned progress is achieved within the given time frame.  To coordinate, follow-up and resolve technical issues with the project team, client and vendor/supplier through issuing Site Technical Query.  Collaborate closely with procurement teams and suppliers on purchase and delivery of project materials as of Material Take-off List.  To compile and verify all pre-fab materials (piping and structural items) are correctly arranged according the fixed load-out date for offshore installation. Monitor the projects man-hours expenditure.  Provide alternatives and justify the man-hours which disturbs the distribution of S-curve to the respective client representative and project team. Review and verify the progress arrival of project materials supplied from the supplier/vendor via material verification report online website.  Ensure all the pre-fabricated items are gathered with complete loose spool pieces and flanges before being loaded-out for offshore installation. Certify that the correct colour coding are painted for each pre-fabrication items.  Review and compile all fabrication report for final document compilation.  Produce Surplus Material Report at end of project. Show less Main job activities include preparation of maintenance Workpack which include: Carry-out kick-off meeting for clarification and establishment of demarcation scope of work. Prepare work-scoping checklist inclusive of deck level, size of working area, types of scaffolding erected or any exceptions/precautions that need to be taken into account.  Arrange job-card challenge sessions with client to further optimize the manhours and manpower required for the projects. Tabulate the manpower, nominal schedule equipment specification, consumables and material take-off required for each project execution.  Incorporate planning schedule developed by Planning Engineer Verify the project materials such as prefabricated piping and structural items are accurately allocated/labelled with work order, proper consignment note attached to each scope before load-out for offshore installation.  Prepare hotwork assessment according to the Hazardous Area Classification (HAC) for scope of work that requires hotwork for each platform. Calculate the paint consumption required each painting scope. Compute the painting system for each piping and structural scope  Prepare the sump isolation/positive isolation checklist that is verified by the client on-site for each platform.  Prepare the summary of controlled bolt tightening checklist for each piping works for each project.  Compute Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) for each scope of work, boat transfer and wash-down station.  Prepare markup drawing for piping and structural scope and submit to the Shell drawing office for updating purpose. Pro-active in providing feedback to client’s technical clarifications and attend meetings with clients for verification. Review and verify the fabrication maintenance work sheet design that indicates accurate work order, location of deck level attached with complete P&ID drawing.  Understand and implement codes and standards (Shell Design and Engineering Practices (DEPs)Manual) Show less • Segregation Scope of Work (SOW) to be shutdown scope or non-shutdown scope.• Workpack preparation which is inclusive of :o Compute the Material Take-Off list for each project execution.o Review and verify the fabrication maintenance work sheet design.
