   Design review for project wide scope (Stations, Depots, Park & Rides, Tunnels, Viaducts, & At-Grade Track) to ensure consistency among several design centers and compliance to the Employer Requirements. Lead the interface between BMS system and all third parity systems (Fire Alarm – FM200 – L&E – Fire pump system - LCS – MED/EMDB – MCC – CBS – Generator – UPS etc.)  Led the interface between third parity system (Fire Alarm – FM200 – L&E – Fire pump system - LCS – MED/EMDB – MCC – CBS – Generator – UPS etc.) and FSCADA/SQL system. Took lead on the preparing engineering design claims and presented to the Consortium Change Control Board the Civil-Works JV position with respect to disputed scope splits. Coordinated with Project Controls and Procurement on the Procurement and Subcontract Strategies to be adopted. Prepared project wide material requisitions for Electrical Equipment & Material. Prepared project wide service requisitions for MEP Works and Specialist Subsystems (DCS, ESD, FG, BMS, ECS, CCTV, PAVA, FA). Engaged in weekly design review meetings with the Client for comment resolutions. Prepared and Submitted Value engineering proposals to the Civil-Works JV Management. Engaged in Coordination meetings with RMTP-Packages 2 and 3 (FAST and ANM Consortiums) for design challenge resolutions. Coordinate with construction team for completion of all construction works and approvals related to commissioning process. Mange and review of all Commissioning records and Commissioning Inspection Requests. Make sure that all commissioning records and Commissioning Inspection Requests are as per project specification, Method statement and related international standards. Monitor and report the progress of the commissioning records and Commissioning Inspection Requests. Report to the project commissioning Director regarding progress and quality of the commissioning activities and records.
