  I worked as a member of a team that handle process engineering operations. Thus starts by observing aproduction operation from beginning to end and difine the sub-processes that forms the operation. Aftereliminating the unnecessary sub-operations and/or improving the finishing time of the sub-processes dueto the observations, i used to define a standart finishing time of the operation. So we could measure theperformance of the staff who worked in that operation.

By gettingthe specifics of the product, i used to obtain price indicators from various departments of production andcomplete the pricing stage. After the price was approved by the customer the sampling process began. Ihad the modelling department prepare 3 samples then sent it to customer for approval. As the sample wasapproved, i got the purchase order from the customer and passed it to production planning department.Finally, i provided the production department catch the delivery date and organize the loading andshipment operations.   Hüppe Turkey is a subsidiary of Germany based Hüppe GMBH whose main activity is producing andmarketing shower enclosures . And also Hüppe GMBH is a subsdiary of Masco Corporation based inMichigan, USA. There are also sale offices and subsidiaries of Hüppe Germany nearly in every country ofEurope. The main production facility of Hüppe Group is based in Tekirda/ Turkey. My duty was to get thepurchase order from Hüppe Germany and the sales offices located in other European countries, had theproduction department catch the delivery date and organize the loading and shipment operations. I alsoused to issue the invoices and export documents such as ATR. Making account reconciliation with HuppeGermany and the sales offices located in other European countries was one of my duties also.   I started my professional career in Halkbank as evaluating the companies, who demanded loan from the bank or already owed a loan to the bank, in terms of financial statements and operational manners. I promoted to manager position in this department After 11 years of work. In 2021 i was assigned as a portfolio manager in a commercial branch of the Bank. My job as a portfolio manager in a branch of the bank, was assisting daily banking operations ofcommercial customers which consists of SME companies.
