Developed proposals for new programs, identified and pursued grant opportunities and new revenue opportunities. Interpreted and implemented new regulations, modified policies and procedures, retrained CASA staff. Evaluation of grant and programmatic outcomes and preparation of written reports. Responsible for staff supervision and coordination of the Program Development and Policy Analysis Department. Represented Erie County CASA on committees and in community action groups to develop the awareness and services available to the elderly and disabled.       Coordinate and manage the grants program for eight county territory including Niagara, Allegany and portions of the Genesee State Park Region(s). Conducts on-site inspections of projects, evaluate land ownership/acquisition including appraisals and review of deeds/mortgages/liens.
