This "real value proposition" means getting beyond just what you do and building outwards with integrity and authenticity from this central value proposition. This is analogous to "starting with why" and is key to building a really robust business (particularly in these uncertain times). Once the core value proposition is known you are better informed who to hire, what your business structure should be (eg; who does admin, who does sales, who does product development, etc), how you market (which tools you use), what periphery activities you should do to build presence and brand and so on.Being clear on what weaknesses lie within the owner/SLT informs what support structures to bring in/hires to make so that the core value proposition can get proper attention and effort - for it is your strengths (ie; value proposition) that will drive your business success Show less

  This job combines faith, business development and outdoor instructing. There is a lot of work to do to firstly figure out where we are going and then begin to work towards those goals. There are a number of key hurdles to overcome even at this early stage.We live on-site and are also involved in running the local church and youth group. Our kids enjoy all the opportunities for skiing, horse riding, tramping, and so on.
