I also arrange production schedules which each party in the production cycle would work to. I arrange prodution costs with each supplier and monitor these through the process. On completition of the project, I would check the invoices from the supplier so they match the agreed budget and query any that don’t.• I also manage translations, audio and braille conversions of printed documents.• Manage stock held at our distribution centre and liaise with internal stock managers to check on stock levels and arrange reprints or recycle as necessary.• Knowledge of InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat to update files to save some costs against using the external supplier. I am also proficient in Microsoft Office.• I have been awarded 5 Special Performance Bonuses for my work on High Profile launches over the last two years.• Experience of using both Windows and Mac environments and also an interest in photography.
