  Project Officer UI/UX Design

  Startup Campus is an intensive one-semester digital bootcamp for Artificial Intelligence, Back-end Engineer, Data Science, Founder/Business Digital and UI/UX Design, complemented with real projects and job connectors.As a project officer in UI/UX Design Track, I responsible in building new curriculum and final project for expected 700+ participants under collaboration with Subject Matter Expert (SME).● Established UI/UX modules, achieved participant satisfaction rate of 90% in 2 batches of the program.● Managed 500+ participant needs, ensuring an organized learning experience.● Achieved 95% accuracy in handling inquiries, enhancing participant engagement.● Led interactive "Minicamp" sessions, imparting practical UI/UX skills and knowledge.● Designed clear and simplified MONEV document templates, including streamlining mentor scoring guides and creating automated participant attendance summaries, resulting in enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.● Collaborated with the project manager to streamline the day-to-day operations of the Startup Campus program.● Arranged and coordinated various tasks to streamline processes in the Startup Campus program.● Developed and delivered compelling presentations that energized and engaged participants.● Successfully pitched in-house training for companies like Indosat, highlighting the value Data Analytics expertise.● Contributed to shaping the strategic direction of the Institut Digital, developing its vision, mission, and educational pillars for sustained impact in the digital education sector.● Conducted participant selection for UI/UX track in Startup Campus Batch 3, recruiting and enrolling 215 qualified candidates.
