       Ensure best practices for Company image as an efficiently operated outfit. Responsible for overall supervision and activities of the Administration (HR) Department. Recruitment & selection of skilled workers at sites as per standard recruitment procedures (HR). Liaison with corporate HRD regarding appointment, confirmation, transfer, promotion, retirement, resignation and dismissal cases of the employees. Preparing and issuing employment contracts to new employees. Making sure that all employee records are accurate and well maintained. Organising induction ceremonies and training for new staff. Setting up and maintaining a employee’s personnel files. Updating both manual and electronic personnel records when a employeesPersonal details change. Managing a employees sickness records and paperwork. Involved in the performance review of staff. Assisting with the recruitment and selection process. Authorising and issuing pay-slips. Finalising paperwork for when a member of staff leaves employment. Researching a employees references and academic qualifications. Responsible for all aspects of local administration of Personnel. Receipt of daily attendance Sheet. Daily Manpower Strenght Report (craft & area wise for the Planning / Client) Logging of daily attendance on computer sheet Preparing overtime sheets for revolving shift & general shift empolyees. Look after documentation; ensure effective Attendance System, Preparation of Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports or Proper Record of Time Office. Maintain experience and training records of all craftsmen working. Payment of EOBI and ESSI according to the Company’s Policy. Implementation of company policies, FEWS, SOP and Labor Laws. Establish strong relations with Govt, Semi Govt Institutions & Local Authorities.
