  My main field of expertise lies in Capacity Development. I design, organise and implement advanced training programs for senior staff and management of the public sector of countries in transition. In the last years, the regional focus was on those countries of the Western Balkan that want to become members of the European Union. The content of the advanced training programs that I have developed, organised and implemented so far focused the following topics: EU-IPA Fund Management, EU-IPA Project Development, Administrative Reform, Legal Harmonisation and Acquis Implementation, Training of Trainers.   My work is centred around the development and management of strategic NGO/ corporate sector partnerships aiming at advancing human and children´s rights. More and more corporates have to explore how their own business activity in global supply chains affect human and children´s rights. We help corporates to improve their "human rights foodprint" directly in their supply chains. We (a) offer tailor-made consulting services that help corporates to develop and execute child rights-sensitive supply chain management strategies (according to the UNGP and other regulative standards) and (b) provide access to impactful rights-based programming in those communities that are part of global supply chains.
