  In August I began managing the marketing executive in Ireland in addition to my previous responsibilities.I continued to lead all marketing activity across Europe for the Hydrogen and Municipal market whilst also all campaigns in the UK.I successfully managed a large project creating new landing pages and email templates for Hubspot. These templates were to be used globally and had to meet our strict brand guidelines. This was challenging at times but after completion it's been brilliant to see so many different countries using them and being able to share content freely. Show less During my time in this role, I managed all UK campaigns from planning the strategy to launch and analysis post launch. I continued to lead the Hydrogen market campaign activity across Europe including the creation of the cluster topic hub which received our highest views of all year.I managed the UK Marketing Coordinator and her workload whilst also supporting departments across the business with internal comms. Led the UK NPS project with an external agency.Within this role I also made time to find 20% of my working week to undertake the CMI Level 3 Management apprenticeship. Show less In 2018 I joined Veolia Water Technologies as their Marketing Coordinator which gave me the opportunity to learn all I could about the company and the varied markets they cover as well as training within marketing. After 6 months probation I was managing and overseeing all events that we exhibited at. This meant organising artwork as well as all admin involved. I managed the internal comms and created a plan for internal webinars for my colleagues. I followed good practice by maintaining the lead queue to ensure that leads went to the right person within a good amount of time. I also reported on lead data monthly.I liaised with a range of external agencies on multiple projects creating new or updating old collateral.It became my responsibility to raise and modify purchase orders as well as manage the budget across all activities.In late 2018 we onboarded Showpad and I managed all content moving into the new software as well as building and designing the menu layouts.My role began to grow in 2019 when I assisted with scientific campaigns to create Types of Water infographics and Video. In 2020 I worked on the Quest product launch campaign and later that year I ran my first campaign for labs bouncing back post-lockdown. Show less
