      SKODA IT Operations : Management of the IT First Level Support for both Internal and External users. Reorganization from CallCenter oferred in the 5*16 scheme, to ServiceDesk with 7*24 operation time; setting of ServiceDesk to be the Primary Point of Contact to company´ IT with accessibility (from 43) to 96% within enlarged operation time, with first level resolution (from 55) to 77%. Coordination of the support tool´,i.e. HP ServiceManager SW, development based on company specific needs, in frames of the VW Group project. Ownership of ITIL processes IncidentManagement & Reporting, Co-ownership of ChangeManagement and Business Relationship Mgmt; Achievement of the ITIL V3 Foundation and higher level certificates (i.e. Process education). Management of the WatchCenter SKODA, 7*24, that secures monitoring and run of SKODA IT infrastructure worldwide the same as production systems in CZ; re-organization of the service from internal to externally supplied. Zobrazit méně I acted as the only representative of the Brand SKODA in wide IT Project, which was about to analyze the needs and based on them to construct the IT application serving fully VW Group Importers / Dealers' networks. All the data obtained were about the business run and profitability of the sales networks. We've developed and agreed the method of analysis, as well as the structure of the information, inclusive the methods of calculation and comparison of data, leading to quality comparison and evaluation of the trends. Afterwards, the implementation of the tool named BMGlobal (Business Management Global) within the VW Group was started, inclusive the fitting of implementation to the different markets´ needs.
