  As owner and General Manager I created and pushed the technology startup company Krop Sistemas Audiovisuales, S.L. up to become a reference in Spain for audiovisual and convergente technologies, managing the introduction of professional audiovisual products into broadcast and IT customers. I successfully sold Krop assets to a bigger company in 2003 to become an independent worker.

  As Director of Key Accounts EMEA, I’ve planned and executed the right corporate strategy for every Key Account on the EMEA Region for Verimatrix. This job is about to strengthen the relationship between the corporate and the customers that generates about 75% of the corporate revenue, facilitating C-level meetings, aligning the strategy with those Key Customers and coordinating technical and sales resources to develop and execute custom specific plans to up-sell and cross-sell additional goods and services. The customers for which I’ve develop and execute Key Account plans are KPN, Telia, Bouygues, Swisscom, Etisalat, Telefonica, and other Tier 1 and Tier 2 operators. As part of my job I also manage the accounts for global resellers and partners like Nokia, Huawei, Accenture and other.
