  Pursued 3 months Training in India's first fully operated underground Metro Rail. Was allocated at 4 sub-departments during the training period :•Escalator •Lifts•Receiving Substation •Rolling stock■Escalator department AC Electrical Drive working , 3VF drive operation as Power modulator which is the most advanced power modulator in current applications.3VF drive(Variable voltage variable Frequency) operation.Testings of Escalators at different safety parametersDesign of Escalator its components,operational speed and its assembling in 3 knockdowns.Regenerative Braking for Power efficiency .●LiftsLearned the operation of Lifts and itsmaintenance by understanding its working of itseach individual parts. How to install the lift, itssafety , ARD operations (AutomaticRescue Device). Performed Various safety tests,limit switch testing ,maximum load balance with its withstand standard●Recieving substation There were 3 Substations for the entire line.The s/s had incoming line of 110kv from TATApower, learned the operation GIS of 110kv, bayoperation. CT and PT testings.Performed test on SF6 CB of opening - closingtime and charging time. Pursued experience incharging of power circuit of (GIS charging, ACDB charging, X'MER charging(32/45MVA (ONAN/ONAF)for Auxillary power supply and 30/42MVA (ONAN/ONAF) for Traction)Pursued charging and discharging of NiCD battery at boost charging,float charging, trickle voltage.The power supply for Traction system -25kv/27.5kvPerformed Insulation Resistance tests of Lighting Arrestor,Insulator and BPT.●Rolling StockGained Experience Train operation, Design parameters and OCSROCS (Rigid Overhead contact system was used in under ground stations with power supply of 25 KV .FOCS (Flexible Overhead Contact system )was used at the grade station .Experienced interaction of MMRCL with RDSO (Research Design and Standard Organization)regarding the Static testings of train .Assembling of Train and Fire safety.
