  - Design and lead the implementation of the Health Program Strategy in Africa- Overall supervision of a 10 M € annual budget and 80 health staff, including 2 regional in line management (Digital Health Manager and Maternal Health Specialist)- Business development : I secured the 1st two regional projects within consortia, including a research project financed by UNITAID to pilot the implementation of a pulse-oxymeter connected to our digital job-aid tool - Partnership : I contributed to the creation and management of AleDIA (Alliance for e IMCI Diagnostic) together with World Vision and Action contre la Faim- Led the expansion of the 2 innovative flagship projects (IeDA : Integrated e Diagnostic Approach and SIMSON Simulation of Maternal and Neonatal Care), which both won prizes (ODESS for IeDA and Balzan for SIMSON).
