  CSR, Sustainability and Foundation Manager

  As a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) manager at e& Egypt, I work on developing, promoting and communicating our CSR program and strategy internally and externally. CSR at the company supports employee engagement and the wellness program already in place as well as strengthens employees’ commitment to the values of the company. The program also works on bridging community and company goals to strive for sustainability of actions and impact. We seek to utilize the efficiency that market-based approaches bring to create sustainable development impact utilizing the right marketing and visibility tools for the company. In this regard, as a CSR manager, I bring my knowledge and professional experience to use and overcome specific challenges in order to bring wealth, health and maturity to a challenging community as well as translate my experience and skills into creative development, strategic planning, best practices, volunteerism and innovative solutions for the organization. This position also highlights designing and implementing strategies to lead employee engagement, employees/volunteers/citizenship initiatives and community programs that are aligned with the community and company's priorities. As a Foundation manager, I presently work on setting the milestones for the establishment of the Foundation - including its main strategy and future activities as well as spearheading and leading long and short-term development assignments in the upcoming year. The development projects at hand will be mainly directed towards poverty alleviation in terms of Health, Water and Environment, Human Capital Development, and Civil Society Organizations’ Capacity Building. Our target group will range from children, youth, women, and people living with disability and we will work with a range of key stakeholders from the private, public, media and civil society sector in order to sponsor, fund and implement projects as well serve the community at large.
