      -B2G was an institutionally funded pilot program serving students who were first-generation and Pell grant eligible. -Supported the planning phase of B2G and worked collaboratively with one other program coordinator to design and lead monthly workshops for a cohort of students designed towards mindset building, career preparation, and community bonding. -Held a caseload of 20 students meeting regularly throughout the semester to talk about career hopes and college strategies.
