  As an Operations Petrophysicist is currently working under New Well Delivery (NWD) team of BP Exploration Caspian Sea Ltd. assigned to Shah Deniz field in Caspian Sea region.Main duties as an Operations Petrophysicist:  Provide leadership for operations pre-planning, co-ordination and supervision of Wireline Logging operations. Ensure Wireline Logging operations are planned and implemented to meet or exceed Company requirements  Optimize tool combinations to ensure most efficient means of data acquisition and quality control supplier tool string tension modeling performed before each job  Liaise closely with Company operations team to scope Logging While Drilling (LWD) and Wireline Logging requirements, source equipment and assist with LWD and Wireline Logging, evaluation program to meet agreed requirements  Perform Supplier base audits, assess capability of supplier equipment, crew, support infrastructure and HSE compliance  Prepare detailed Wireline Logging program and end of well reports covering safety, quality, performance & technical considerations for Wireline Logging operations  Ensure delivery of final processed, depth matched and quality controlled data in required format with accurate and clear audit trail and header information  Assist Supply Chain with contract tender, bid evaluations and clarification negotiations  Day to day responsibilities for cost control/tracking.
