  Plan and lead 5+ organizational events each semester to promote equity at O’Neill. Forge partnerships with other student organizations to create diversity. Present to important IU stakeholders to receive $1k+ of funding for events per semester. Manage and assist a board of 12 fellow students in creating a more inclusive environment at O’Neill.

  Youth Development Professional; K-1 Team Coordinator

  Lead 15+ underserved five and six-year-olds on various field trips, as well as in-club activities. Created lesson plans for K-1 for an hour each week. Handled difficult conflicts as well as minor injuries. Worked with ages K-6 during special programs in the afternoon. Coordinated with other YDPs to ensure safety of members.
