Developed the Hyperbaric center and transitioned the wound center from a inpatient nurse driven practice to a combination inpatient consultation / outpatient clinic servicing the Greater Portland area.

The practice includes an active office practice, coumadin clinic as well as outpatient nuclear, echo and vascular cardiology. Responsible for the clinical oversite, clinical operations, work flow redesign, Electronic Health Record conversion, meaningful use and clinical quality for all sites.
