Advised C-Suite on structuring M&A and JVs in compliance with antitrust laws and advocated for company's interests in front of major global antitrust regulators. Global responsibility for merger analysis and clearance, antitrust counseling, and antitrust compliance matters. Closed several strategic transactions, including sales of Sikorsky to Lockheed ($9B) and sale of three industrial divisions of Hamilton Sundstrand (Milton Roy, Sullair, Sundyne) to PE ($3.5B).
