  I currently hold the position of Service Manager. Additionally I am the safety coordinator for the store. I am responsible for taking sales and ensuring that the store meets or exceeds prior year goals and ensuring the team focuses on the company's Kpis and Wigs. Additionally I am responsible for ensuring the store is in compliance with federal and corporate rules regarding safety and disposal of materials. Ensuring bills are paid to individual vendors in a timely basis and going over billing statements to ensure items are being paid correctly. Ensuring the store is fully stocked with all necessary supplies to preform daily business.Customer experience is a must in this position. I am the front line in ensuring every customer leaves the store happy and fully informed about everything that is going on with their vehicle; wether it was fixed or not; and prioritizing customer repair work needed.
