      Reporting to the Group Airlines CCO I led a team of 70+ people across UK, Germany and Spain. Responsible for generating £1.5billion in annual sales. Yearly budget for marketing, opex and capex in excess of £15million. Led the digital area to record revenues of over £750million Grew UK seat only revenue by +43%, resulted in record FY18 EBIT of £55million for Thomas Cook Airlines, achieved despite significant cost base increases caused by devaluation of the pound and operational performance. Managed relationships with key B2B partners that resulted in revenue growing by +49% to £307million.  Insourced 35 contractor roles in the digital & IT teams, resulting in savings of £2.4million PA, whilst improving retention, commitment and engagement of the team  Consolidated digital teams from 8 locations around the world to 2 (Manchester and Oberusel), this resulted in process improvements that increased delivery time  Continually improvement of website functionality, especially customer self-service post booking, to reduce contact centre costs whilst growing revenues Worked with 3rd party airlines to deliver growth through interline agreements Show less Reporting into the Thomas Cook Airlines CEO I led a team of 30+ people across the UK.
