I also assist the staff with planning and executing fundraising events, developing relationships and soliciting partners, donors and sponsorship's to help us continue our mission of raising money for all womnen's cancer research and serving the undeserved. I also played under a total of 9 different offensive and defensive coaching systems in my WNBA playing career. My Life Coaching Certification gives me the unique ability to understand why players act the way they do and the skill set to find solutions to their situations whether it be on and off the court instead of adding to the drama.My natural ability is in player development. I have a keen talent in to figuring out a player’s natural ability and tendencies and I’m passionate about working with them and putting them in the best position to do their best. I’m an expert in teaching them about life, how to be happy and successful, how to be a good teammate-have confidence - and good character.
