      Responsibility:• Partner with Wind plant manager to draft plants’ lean road map to align with business goal: Vision, objective, projects, and lean team development.• Lead 6 lean projects: 1) Single labor standard work, 2) Tools point of use, 3) B,C material presentation, 4) Water spider kitting & Kanban pull, 5) Crane less, No forklift. 6) Material planning and warehouse management optimization. • Convert Engineering BOM to Manufacturing BOM, enhance the manufacturing material accuracy, reduce procurement costs. Make Wind Turbine assembly work instruction.• Lead NPI for SCADA, 1.6-100 Wind Turbine.Achievement:• All line single standard work. (60T Wind turbine assembly), increase the standard work rate by 10%.• All tools are deployed in point of use, zero motion of finding tools.• C parts waster spider material preparation efficiency increase by 27%.• Get productivity improved by 19% on 2.75 DTE line through 6 projects, 5.4% on 1.6 xle line through 2 projects.• The raw material inventory turnover rate increased from 4.1 to 5.9, with cost saving of 324k$/year for storage.• SCADA Assembly NPI and localization (GE- Germany to GE- China) with 10% cost saving.
