  Part time unpaid internship through the University where we would take faculty requests for applications and bring them to life. My main project I saw through was the "SOS" application that acted as an emergency button on your phone to call campus services. Our campus is located right next to ESRI headquarters and would spend time with employees implementing ARC into our applications. The app was launched in August of 2021 and it still in use by the campus today.

  Like many other companies maturing out of the startup phase you end up wearing many hats, but at the core of this role I had three main responsibilities:1. Customer work - I served as the dedicated engineer for their larger enterprise clients. I would oversee the implementation and provide continuous support through their platform maturity. We would run Quarterly Business Reviews to prove the continuous value add and address any client needs.2. Tools Work- My team was responsible for building and maintaining tools and utilities for both internal and customer use. Our main projects included a bulk import and export tool for onboarding and churning clients, a VS Code extension for pulling and publishing applications, and an auto publishing process for Marketplace items.3. Marketplace Work- Served as the Git admin that oversaw the creation and maintenance of applications in the platform's Marketplace. Show less
